CoRadius Coworking offers three different membership levels:

• Drop-Ins
  • $50/month – part-time (two days per week)
  • $100/month – full time (five days per week)
  • First-available, open-seating at a shared workspace table
  • Access during normal business hours only
• Designated Desks
  • $150/month
  • Reserved desk, with lockable file storage
  • Access during normal business hours only
• Private Offices (5844 Macklind and 5848 Macklind)
  • Ranges $375/month to $450 depending upon office size/location/availability
  • private office with keypad entry door
  • 24/7 office & common area access

With the exception of Private Office level, our coworking memberships are month-to-month.  There is no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time or even adjust your membership level to suit your current business needs.

Standard business hours of operation are 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Drop-In and Designated Desk members for 5850 Macklind co-working spaces may only access building during these normal business hours and not on days of national holidays. Private Office members for 5844 Macklind and 5848 Macklind coworking spaces will have 24-hour building access all days of the week, including national holidays. 

Access to conference rooms will only be available 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday on a first-come-first-served basis.

• Conference Room (with smart TVs) reservations [hours do not roll-over]
  • Office Membership: up to 25 hours per month
  • Designated Desk: up to 10 hours per month
  • Drop-In Memberships: up to 5 hours per month

Coworking members will be provided with keycards that allow for building access during permitted times. Private Office members for 5844 Macklind and 5848 Macklind coworking spaces will also be provided with a programmable lock for their office door.

Limited off-street parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Vehicles illegally parked in handicapped-designated spaces and derelict or abandoned vehicles left on-site will be towed at owner’s expense.

Off-street parking for CoRadius Coworking is available at the following locations:

• 5836-50 Macklind, rear parking lot (approximately 6 parking spaces)
• 5401 Holly Hills, rear parking lot (4 parking spaces)
• 5020 Rhodes – Our Lady of Sorrows church parking lot (12 parking spaces, along the community garden fence)

Reception at 5850 Macklind office will accept mail and small deliveries at front reception area. Coworking members shall make every effort to limit shipment of packages, inventory, and other deliveries to during normal business hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Members shall use rear building access to Leased Premises for large or time-consuming deliveries whenever practical. 

Private Office members for 5844 Macklind and 5848 Macklind may use their office areas for storage of non-hazardous items. Designated Desk members for 5850 Macklind are provided lockable file storage with their assigned desk spaces.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the 5836-50 Macklind building at any time. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside smoking areas, located in the rear common area. Violations of this policy will result in a $500 cleaning fee and may be grounds for terminate of lease or membership agreement.

Private dumpsters are provided for all building tenants and are located in the rear of 5836-50 Macklind, adjacent to the alley. Trash and recycle service is included with membership fees for all co-working members. 

Coworking membership fees are due monthly, according to one’s membership start date. Payment may be made by check, money order, credit card, debit card, or online bill pay. Please see management for details.

Our building is owner-managed and on-site.  We will staff the reception area of the main entrance at 5850 Macklind during normal business hours of 9AM-5PM, Monday through Friday. Tours of workspaces are available during these times. Security deposits are not required for CoRadius Coworking members.
